V.O.W.S is a luxury London-based event agency and styling company. We specialise in creating bespoke events, so that no two are ever the same. Over the past 7 years we have designed a number of small and large scale corporate events, trade shows, weddings, proposals, intimate dinner parties across the UK, Europe and the United States ranging from 10 guests to 8000 guests.
We pride ourselves on our company mantra, "from inspiration to celebration". Our approach is simple, we consider ourselves to be client centric, where we understand what it takes to design, plan and coordinate a memorable event, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most and that is enjoying their special day.
We orchestrate every element of your event, working side by side highly reputable suppliers, from caterers, florists, entertainment, photography and a range of notable venues. We are confident in our ability to execute within your budget, keeping you informed every step of the way.

The small details
Vanessa has always taken pleasure in creating those special moments for family and friends, from organising Christmas dinner parties, milestone birthdays, proposals, weddings, vacations and graduation parties, she is the go to for all things requiring the ultimate celebration.
She began working in corporate hospitality several years ago, creating large scale events for companies such as Google, BAFTA, Wimbledon, FIFA and the King Power Royal Charity Polo at some of London and the UK’s most prestigious venues. Her international experience has also allowed her to plan a range of events in Europe, the United States, Mexico and Nigeria.
Prior to moving back to London, Vanessa studied and worked in the United States, earning her BSc in Communications and Marketing. She furthered her academic career with an MSc in International Management and a qualification from Harvard Business School in Entrepreneurship.
She considers herself to be a culinary fanatic, loving all things pastry, eager to explore new cultures, whether it be in her own city or internationally and has a great passion for global business.
